The AOA is the elected body that maintains shared spaces, manages the community's finances and represents owners on matters that affect all of us.
Every apartment owner is a member of the association. A managing committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting and serves the community for a fixed term, working with the facility team to keep One Cochin running smoothly.
